The sale and marketing of The Block Arcade, Melbourne, Victoria. An information memorandum for the sale of an iconic arcade in the heart of Melbourne's Collins and Elizabeth Streets. The Success: This involved producing the submission for the client, in which they won, an information memorandum to sell to both local and offshore investor interest which was strong for the property. It was sold for around $100 million undisclosed. The sale achieved 200 enquiries and 10 formal expressions of interest that spanned to Shanghai​ and Moscow.
